Couple's Session

ABOUT

This is a two-hour session for couples (or any relational duo) who want support in seeing and shifting their dynamic. The session is structured in 3 parts: 1. 40 minutes with Person A (solo) 2. 40 minutes with Person B (solo) 3. 40 minutes together Each person gets space to share their truth, be witnessed, and get support—before we come together to map what’s happening between you and create a shared path forward. Includes: • 2-hour session via Zoom or in-person • Pre-session form for both partners • Optional session recording • Shared tools and practices to use after the session Ideal for couples facing a disconnect, tension point, communication breakdown, or big relational transition.
